School groups or other educational institutions

Details

Educational groups (from a county, state, or federally-recognized educational institution, such as a school or university coming specifically to study the Dwellings as part of their curriculum) may qualify for a fee waiver at the discretion of the Superintendent. Fee waiver requests typed on school letterhead need to state the date and time of visit, number of people, contact person, and a short description of how the visit fits into the group's curriculum. Please mail or fax fee waiver requests to the Gila Visitor Center at least two (2) weeks in advance of the visit.
