Pullouts The park is easily seen by car. Pullouts along Crater Rim Drive and Chain of Craters Road afford panoramic views of the park. Accessible Pathways Accessible pathways include Waldron Ledge (Earthquake Trail), Sulphur Banks Trail, Devastation Trail, Pauahi Crater, Muliwai a Pele, and Kealakomo Overlook. Campgrounds Namakanipaio campground has restrooms with water and moderately accessible campsites. Kulanaokuaiki campground has 2 accessible campsites, an accessible toilet, but no water. Drinking Water Kilauea Visitor Center, Volcano House hotel, Jaggar Museum, Thurston Lava Tube, and Namakani Paio campground all have drinking water. Restrooms Kilauea Visitor Center, Volcano House hotel, Kilauea Overlook, Jaggar Museum, Thurston Lava Tube, Namakanipaio campground, Kipuka Puaulu picnic area, Mauna Ulu, Kulanaokuaiki campground, and the turnaround at the end of Chain of Craters Road all have restrooms or wheelchair accessible toilets. Wheelchairs Wheelchairs are available for use at the Kilauea Visitor Center, Jaggar Museum, and at the ranger station at the end of Chain of Craters Road. |
