Lincoln Home National Historic Site - Fees
Fees Free! Details There is no entrance fee at Lincoln Home National Historic Site. When the Lincolns" only surviving son - Robert Todd Lincoln - donated his family"s home to the State of Illinois in 1887, the deed stated that the "Lincoln Homestead...shall be, forever, kept in good repair and free of access to the public." While there is no entrance fee, we do encourage all visitors to support the park through donations, which can be made in the Visitor Center and in the backyard of the Lincoln Home after your tour. Parking Fee Details Parking is available in the visitor parking lot on a daily basis. The charge, payable at a self-operated fee machine, is $2.00 per hour. Tour Ticket Fees Free! Details There is no fee to tour the Lincoln Home. Get a free ticket at the Visitor Center. Donations are accepted. |
