Getting There Car Coming by car? Enjoy three hours of free shopper parking in the lot on Broome Street between Norfolk and Suffolk Streets, courtesy of the Lower East Side Business Improvement District. Validation stickers are available in the Visitors Center. Parking is available from 8AM to 10PM. Bus M15 to the corner of Delancey & Allen Streets, or M9 to Delancey & Essex Streets.
