The Mississippi River Visitor Center, located within the Science Museum of Minnesota, is free and open to the public. Some partner parks, such as Historic Fort Snelling and Fort Snelling State Park do charge entry fees. Others, including Minnehaha Regional Park or Coon Rapids Dam East may charge parking fees.
