Several remote contact stations are located along the Parkway. The restrooms at the Visitor Center are accessible to the physically challenged. Closures The Visitor Center is closed December 25. Available Facilities There is a 12-minute film about the Natchez Trace that may be seen upon request. Mt. Locust Historic Inn Located at Milepost 15.5, near Natchez, Mississippi. Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Open daily, February through November. Colbert Ferry Located at Milepost 327.3, Cherokee, Alabama. Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time.
