Exhibits Two photo exhibits: "Louis Armstrong: My Life in New Orleans" and "A New Orleans Jazz Funeral Available Facilities New Orleans Jazz is a new national park. Planning is underway to develop permanent facilities at historic Armstrong Park bordering North Rampart Street, Orleans Ave, North Villere, and St.Phillip.
