Plane
The closest airports are in Augusta, GA, Columbia, SC or the Greenville/Spartanburg Airport, all located about 1 hour from the site.

Car
From Interstate I-26 -- At the Newberry exit, take Highway 34 to the town of Ninety Six, South Carolina. Turn left at the second traffic light by the town"s new fountain; following signs to the park.

From Interstate I-20 -- Take US Highway 25 north until you see park signs.

From Interstate I-85 -- Take SC Highway 178 south to Highway 248 to the town of Ninety Six, South Carolina.

From the town of Ninety Six, South Carolina -- Follow the park signs. The Ninety Six National Historic Site is two miles south of the town of Ninety Six on SC Highway 248

Getting Around

A self guided 1 mile interpretative walking trail winds its way through the battlefields and town site of 96. The trail begins and ends at the parking lot. Horses, bikes, skateboards, etc are not allowed on the trail. An historic cabin is located near the parking lot. Trail is handicap accessible.
