If comic books have taught us anything, it's that gamma rays have the ability to give just about anything, or anyone, super powers. So when the mad scientists over at Arc'teryx fired up their ray gun, the first thing they blasted was the Women's Gamma Rock Pants, and the end result was a pair of pants that are breathable, water- and wind-resistant, and burlier than just about any villainous wall of rock you pit them against. The Gammas are made with Arc'teryx's Fortius 1. 0 softshell, which is reinforced at the knees and seat with a four-way stretch fabric to boost mobility and durability, so you don't have to worry about subjecting yourself to mutation-causing radiation when you wear them for radioactive gear-plugging and nuclear bolt clipping. The fit has been updated from previous versions, to be more trim and articulated, making the Gamma more comfortable on the wall and the approach.
