BioLite CampStove 2 Bundle

BioLite took an ingenious, game-changing idea and made it even better. The BioLite CampStove 2 Bundle boasts 50% more power, an integrated battery, and an updated LED dashboard for improved control and feedback. For the uninitiated, the CampStove 2 is a biomass-powered (i. e. wood) stove that not only cooks food and boils water using sticks and twigs foraged from the forest floor, but also converts the heat to usable electricity that powers your smartphone, headlamp, and other portable devices while you cook. This bundle includes a BioLite KettlePot and Portable Grill so you can boil water and cook up tasty meals while your phone charges. Plus, BioLite threw in an adjustable FlexLight so you can see what you're cooking after sundown. Internal fan jets improve combustion and efficiency, and four settings allow you to control the flames. If you're not sure how hot your fire is, LED readouts show you fire strength and power output and fan speed settings. Like the original, it sports a USB output that can be used to charge devices while the fire is burning. New for the CampStove 2, however, is a built-in battery that allows you to store electricity and charge devices later when the fire isn't going. As mentioned before, this bundle includes a KettlePot and Portable Grill. The Grill has a flame-spreading design and a grill grate so you can enjoy wood-fired meats and veggies, or use it with a pan when frying up some eggs. A silicone seal on the KettlePot prevents spillage, and Cool Touch handles make it easy to pour hot water into your French press. And when it's time to pack up camp, the nesting design and lightweight construction make it easy to haul down the trail.

October's Animal
Most commonly found in the tundra of Rocky Mountain National Park, the pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
