Family Tree Mystery Malolo Snowboard by Burton
You probably remember Burton's legendary Malolo if you've been freeriding for the past decade or so, which was one of their all-time classics for charging the steep and deep of your local range. Burton revived it for the 2017/2018 season as the Family Tree Mystery Malolo Snowboard, retaining the original Malolo shape, but incorporating their secretive Mystery construction for a feathery feel with rocket-like response when you're ripping steeps and floating across the fresh stuff we all crave. Mystery construction starts with an Ultralite 500G core, which is the lightest core ever produced by the prodigious Vermont board company, shaving maximum weight for boosting higher and riding faster on the mountain. Mystery Glass then employs a futuristic carbon lay-up to dial in a precise degree of stiffness and flex where it's needed most. And to keep you gliding effortlessly across deep powder and flat run-outs, Burton's fastest Methlon base is comprised of a high-grade sintered material for blistering speed and durability. Best of all, these construction techniques lend a hig...

November's Animal
Badgers are animals of open country. Their oval burrows (ten inches across and four to six inches high) are familiar features of grasslands on sandy or loamy soils of the eastern plains or shrub country in mountain parks or western valleys.
