Just as it name would imply, the Burton Women's Socialite Snowboard becomes quick pals with every part of the mountain, eagerly transitioning from park laps one minute to sending natural hits the next. The Socialite's softer flex pattern, thinner Filet-O-Flex zones, and Off-Axis core profiling lend intuitive control the minute you strap in, no matter the terrain ahead. Add in a Flat Top profile, and you have a board that's capable and confident at speed, yet catch-free and playful when you're taking freestyle skills to the entire mountain. Offering maxed out versatility, the Flat Top profile is flat underneath your bindings, transitioning to early-rise tip and tail. This flat-to-rocker hybrid combines the best of straight-line stability with catch-free playfulness desired for park and freestyle riding. Subtle rocker lends extra float when you're slashing through the fresh stuff and taking your tricks to natural terrain on powder days. Filet-O-Flex profiling thins out the board directly under the bindings for easier board control and quicker turn initiation. To compensate for the thinner areas, shock-absorbing pads reduce vibration underfoot, all without creating stiffness or reducing board feel. Off-Axis directs rider input and energy for improved board control. Following suit, the Off-Axis Frostbite edges extend slightly along the bindings, but in an offset pattern for better edge control when you're rocking a modern freestyle stance.
