DMM Alpha Trad Quickdraw

It sucks to leave quickdraws behind when you might need them, but it also sucks to climb with a heavy rack. Rack up with the DMM Alpha Trad Quickdraw. This draw's I-Beam construction is both strong and light, which helps when you're climbing with anything bigger than a double rack. Both carabiners have a bent wire gate for excellent clipping whether you're climbing rock or ice, an ergonomic, grippy shape that helps you clip even with gloves on, and a clean nose that prevents snagging when you clean the route. They also have a deeper rope basket with a generous 8. 5mm rope radius to help you stay safe up there. And Dyneema made sure the sling remains durable for multiple seasons.

October's Animal
Most commonly found in the tundra of Rocky Mountain National Park, the pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
