Product Description
Dictator 4.0 Ski by Faction Skis
With a 115mm waist, The Dictator 4. 0 Ski is the fattest plank in Faction's Dictator lineup, which would make it biggest boss over big mountains everywhere. It's in charge of stomping all the powder down to ice, and it's always the dictating line that all other skiers try to match--although, what other ski could straight-line a steep couloir with such finesse, or wiggle down a powdery apron with perfect asymmetry' The real question you should be asking yourself is if you can handle the responsibilities of riding a boss as big as this. Checking in over four pounds per plank, the Dictator 4. 0 is certainly on the hefty side of touring skis, but Faction added a tail clipping point to the back because it is the boss, and if it wants to find powdery stashes in backcountry terrain, then you better heave it up there. The rocker tip and tail help you set the skin track in the deeps, and of course enjoy the well-earned, powdery ride back to the car. Faction added a bit of camber underfoot to help you spring out of turns, and it'll help hold an edge if you ever encounter firmer sections on a powder day.

November's Featured Park
The North Cascades have long been known as the North American Alps. Characterized by rugged beauty, this steep mountain range is filled with jagged peaks, deep valleys, cascading waterfalls and glaciers. North Cascades National Park Service Complex contains the heart of this mountainous region in three park units which are all managed as one and include North Cascades National Park, Ross Lake and Lake Chelan National Recreation Areas.
November's Animal
Badgers are animals of open country. Their oval burrows (ten inches across and four to six inches high) are familiar features of grasslands on sandy or loamy soils of the eastern plains or shrub country in mountain parks or western valleys.
