Nimble, resilient, and versatile like a true snow chaser, the Icelantic Nomad Ski is designed to not just survive but thrive in any snow condition. Attractive curves and a balanced flex give the Nomad its stability and quickness, while the 140mm tip provides ample float in the deepest fluff. Powder is never a guarantee, so the versatile 105 mm waist will save the day when a high-pressure ridge sets in to turn your dreams of powder into a long session on the frontside.Like all Icelantic skis, the Nomad is handmade in Colorado through a process Icelantic calls its Tri-Axe construction. The layup of a playful poplar core with unilateral fiberglass sandwiched above and below results in a ski that's stiff enough to charge down open bowls, playful enough to slarve turns through the trees, and scrub speed when technical lines demand a little finesse. The rockered tip and tail gets the wide shovel up when there is a bit of pow and gives the ski a fun and playful soul.

The North Cascades have long been known as the North American Alps. Characterized by rugged beauty, this steep mountain range is filled with jagged peaks, deep valleys, cascading waterfalls and glaciers. North Cascades National Park Service Complex contains the heart of this mountainous region in three park units which are all managed as one and include North Cascades National Park, Ross Lake and Lake Chelan National Recreation Areas.
Badgers are animals of open country. Their oval burrows (ten inches across and four to six inches high) are familiar features of grasslands on sandy or loamy soils of the eastern plains or shrub country in mountain parks or western valleys.
