K2 Snowboards World Wide Weapon Snowboard - Wide

Let other riders blow their hard-earned cash on carbon-infused offerings when all you desire is the fun-to-ride feel of the K2 World Wide Weapon Wide Snowboard. Wide enough to accommodate big-footed riders, this board won't cause your toes to drag in the snow when you're turning between park hits and negotiating crowded slopes. This park and jib specialist features a softer flex pattern and true twin shape for a skate-like feel when you're hitting rails downtown and lapping the park. Tweekends offer a larger surface area for buttering and pressing with stupid-easy precision. The board's Freestyle baseline is predominately flat for a stable feel when you're approaching rails, jibs, and freestyle features in the park. Another cool feature is K2's JibTip construction, which elongates the board's effective edge, allowing you to downsize a few centimeters for maximum mobility and reduced swing weight. Easy-flexing biax fiberglass won't hold you back when you're perfecting nose presses through kinks and front-boarding rails in the jib park. The W1 wood core offers up a consistently soft flex underfoot, with plenty of strength for stomping landings. Add in a catch-free three-degree edge bevel and low-maintenance 2000 extruded base for a single-minded jib stick that stands up to serious abuse in the streets and park.

October's Featured Park
Arches National Park is known for its' remarkable natural red sandstone arches. With over 2,000 catalogued arches that range in size from a three-foot opening, to Landscape Arch which measures 306 feet from base to base, the park offers the largest concentration of natural arches in the world.
October's Animal
Most commonly found in the tundra of Rocky Mountain National Park, the pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
