Product Description
FX95 HP Ski by Kastle
Gravity's a pretty magical thing. It can deflect light, form stars, and explain the perihelion precession of Mercury, but it can also push you down a snowy hill, which is fun and stuff, especially when you have the Kastle FX95 HP Ski strapped to your feet. It might not get you accelerating down the mountain at 9. 8 meters per second squared, but the FX95 does want to go fast, seeing as it has two sheets of titanal that give it a rock-solid and damp feel that's all about mobbing through chunder and devouring hard snow. ABS sidewalls and low camber underfoot give the ski plenty of edging power, and Kastle's killer elliptical sidecut radius makes it easy to rip off tight turns without compromising stability when you're really lettin' 'er rip. The FX95 likes to slice and dice, but it's no one-dimensional frontside chef. At 95mm underfoot, it's wide enough to comfortably handle boot-top powder, and has Kastle's Dual Rise rocker to make sure your tips don't dive and your tails don't finish turns too aggressively and send you over the bars. Both the tip and tail are tapered to prevent a hooky, unpredictable feel in soft snow, and the tip is finished off with Kastle's Hollowtech 2. 0 technology, which uses a cutout section to reduce the tip mass and corresponding vibration, so you don't get chattered to death when you're rallying down uneven snow.

November's Featured Park
The North Cascades have long been known as the North American Alps. Characterized by rugged beauty, this steep mountain range is filled with jagged peaks, deep valleys, cascading waterfalls and glaciers. North Cascades National Park Service Complex contains the heart of this mountainous region in three park units which are all managed as one and include North Cascades National Park, Ross Lake and Lake Chelan National Recreation Areas.
November's Animal
Badgers are animals of open country. Their oval burrows (ten inches across and four to six inches high) are familiar features of grasslands on sandy or loamy soils of the eastern plains or shrub country in mountain parks or western valleys.
