Introduced as a late-season release a couple of seasons prior, the Never Summer Proto Type Two X Snowboard took the shred world by storm with its asymmetric sidecut paired with Ripsaw profile that absolutely lays trenches on groomers and snaps energetically from jumps and natural hits. Its popularity surpassed that of the award-winning Proto HD, phasing out the older model in favor of this tech-savvy freestyle beast. Seeing it's meant for all-terrain freestyle domination, you'll find the asymmetric twin shape is highly intuitive to ride, regardless if you're bombing steeps at high speeds or perfecting your switch repertoire in the park. This particular version is a bit wider than standard, meaning it's a great choice for railing deep carves and stomping landings without worrying about toe overhang getting in the way. It's carrying over Never Summer's Ripsaw Rocker Camber, which is borrowed from the likes of the powerful Ripsaw and freeride-favorite West. This profile places accentuated camber zones under each binding, which bite down tenaciously for carving precision, edge-to-edge response, and incredible snap. It retains Never Summer's centerline rocker hinge for a bit of added playfulness in the park, as well as easier float when you're blessed with a foot of fresh powder. Seeing it's built off an asymmetric twin shape, the Proto Type Two X features a deeper heelside sidecut for snappier turns on your heel edge. Asymmetric sidecuts balance out the body's inherent differences between heel and toeside dynamics, seeing you naturally leverage more power on the toeside edge. By making the heelside sidecut deeper (i. e. smaller radius arc), you'll immediately notice an intuitive feel while linking up turns, as well as the board's ability to lay out heelside carves without as much effort. It's a great feature for the dedicated freestyle rider, as the asymmetric sidecut lends an intuitive feel while you're linking up switch turns.

The North Cascades have long been known as the North American Alps. Characterized by rugged beauty, this steep mountain range is filled with jagged peaks, deep valleys, cascading waterfalls and glaciers. North Cascades National Park Service Complex contains the heart of this mountainous region in three park units which are all managed as one and include North Cascades National Park, Ross Lake and Lake Chelan National Recreation Areas.
Badgers are animals of open country. Their oval burrows (ten inches across and four to six inches high) are familiar features of grasslands on sandy or loamy soils of the eastern plains or shrub country in mountain parks or western valleys.
