Created for the strongest freestyle riders, the Never Summer Ripsaw X Wide Snowboard dismantles huge park kickers, serious cliff drops, and steeps with unflappable stability. As the wide version of the original Ripsaw, the Ripsaw X accommodates freestyle riders with larger feet. Since it's a true twin, the board stomps landings and rides switch in a balanced manner, making this an ideal choice for taking your bag of tricks into untamed zones on the mountain. Loaded with twice the camber as Never Summer's Original Rocker Camber boards, Ripsaw Rocker Camber is incredibly stable and surprisingly powerful. This profile places accentuated camber zones under each binding for powerful edge hold and incredible edge-to-edge response. As you'd expect with a Never Summer, the centerline rocker remains between the feet, enhancing float when you're slashing powder turns, as well as making it a bit more playful for freestyle riders. Looking inside this aggressive freestyle twin, the board's NS SuperLight is comprised of ultra-light softwood laminates with vertical layers of elastomeric vibration dampers. This high degree of damping results in a board that's incredibly stable at speed, without the chatter that's common with many twin-shaped boards. To further solidify its ultra-responsive feel, the board is equipped with Carbon VXR laminates for increased power transfer while you're carving, as well as energetic snap off bigger jumps and freestyle features.

The North Cascades have long been known as the North American Alps. Characterized by rugged beauty, this steep mountain range is filled with jagged peaks, deep valleys, cascading waterfalls and glaciers. North Cascades National Park Service Complex contains the heart of this mountainous region in three park units which are all managed as one and include North Cascades National Park, Ross Lake and Lake Chelan National Recreation Areas.
Badgers are animals of open country. Their oval burrows (ten inches across and four to six inches high) are familiar features of grasslands on sandy or loamy soils of the eastern plains or shrub country in mountain parks or western valleys.
