Norrona Lofoten Gore-Tex Insulated Jacket - Women's

Not that wearing the Norrona Women's Lofoten Gore-Tex Insulated Jacket is suddenly going to give you the cat-like landing prowess to send everything in sight, but it certainly isn't going to hurt either. This resort rallying jacket has a Gore-Tex membrane to keep you dry on the season's burliest powder days, and it's stuffed with Primaloft insulation to keep you riding once the temps have dropped into the no-go zone. Norrona did away with underarm zippers in favor of a warmer and lighter jacket that is also compressible. The jacket can be conveniently stored in one of the zippered chest pockets, and is fitted with a removable powder skirt. Wrist gaiters provide a seamless fit between cuff and glove, and a zippered sleeve pocket keeps your pass secure lap after lap.

October's Animal
Most commonly found in the tundra of Rocky Mountain National Park, the pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
