Product Description
Svalbard Gore-Tex Jacket - Men's by Norrona
From summertime glacier skiing to mid-winter snowshoe hikes, the Norrona Svalbard Men's Gore-Tex Jacket is your best defense against whatever the weather decides to throw your way. With a nod to Norrona's classic mountain jacket from 1975, the Svalbard has a vintage look and feel melded with technical materials to ensure reliable weather protection during all of your year-round adventures. Thanks to its three-layer Gore-Tex laminate and fully taped seams, this jacket effectively seals out rain, sleet, and snow, while also providing adequate breathability to prevent underlying layers from becoming wet with sweat when you're on the move. The Svalbard is even made with Gore's C-Knit backer technology to more effectively transport accumulated heat and moisture outside of the jacket. In terms of fit, the Svalbard sits slightly looser through the body and arms than most technical shells, providing additional room for extra layers and giving it a more relaxed look and feel. The cuffs and hem can be adjusted to lock in heat, while the two large underarm zips can be opened up for quick ventilation if things start to get too toasty.
