The newest addition to Oakley's 2018 line of snow goggles, the Fall Line Asian Fit Goggle fuses the classical cylindrical design of the Line Miner with the futuristic frameless aesthetic of the Flight Deck. This results in an exceptional goggle with hints of old-school flavor, yet one that's thoroughly modern in both appearance and optical precision. Since it's lacking the standard frame outline, you'll notice a boost in periphery vision if you're coming from a more traditional goggle. It's boasting Oakley's Ridgelock system for quick lens swaps without moisture ingress along the rim-to-frame interface. This means you'll be able to swiftly swap out your lens in the parking lot without worrying about blower powder working inside the goggle and clouding up your vision. Sitting at the heart and center of this goggle, Oakley's Prizm lens technology emphasizing colors where the eye is most sensitive to detail, tuned specifically for snowy alpine environments where skiers and riders find themselves. In turn, this boosted visual contrast allows you to see nuances in the snow and terrain features, so you're never surprised when riding/skiing across natural areas of the mountain. You'll find the Prizm Torch Iridium is tuned for the sunniest alpine environments, whereas the Torch Jade Iridium and Sapphire Iridium are more middle-of-the-road options for practically anything you'll encounter on the mountain. And for more stormy situations where visibility is difficult, we'd suggest running with the Prizm Rose tint for increased contrast in low light.
