Product Description
ELITE Tall Sock - Men's by Pearl Izumi
The added coverage and compressive support provided by socks with taller cuffs, such as the Elite Tall, make them favorites among Pearl Izumi-sponsored riders. In fact, it was due to their requests that Pearl decided to bring a longer version of its popular competition-grade Elite socks to market. Like the other Elites, Pearl Izumi uses its Elite Transfer yarn to create a sock that wicks moisture away from your feet -- keeping them dry and comfortable. And similar to other Pearl socks, the Elite Tall Socks feature the company's smooth-finished toes to keep the seams from irritating your skin, as well as to reduce bulk inside the shoes. A defining features of the Elite Tall is that they are left- and right-specific, with special ventilation channels that work best when on assigned feet. The mid-section of the socks provides a slight amount of compressive support, which serves to cradle the foot and reduce fatigue on long rides. The cuff measures 7. 6 inches. The Pearl Izumi Elite Tall Socks are available in sizes Small to X-Large and in eight colors.
