Product Description
Transfer Base Layer - Sleeveless - Women's by Pearl Izumi
Investing in a base layer might initially seem like an unnecessary step, but the Pearl Izumi women's Transfer Sleeveless Base Layer makes it easy and affordable to see the difference in comfort when you have an extra layer working to manage body temperature and moisture. Pearl Izumi crafts the Transfer with a contoured, stretchy fit and smooth seaming, which enables the P. R. O. Transfer fibers to maintain a next-to-skin fit so the material can quickly grab sweat and usher it away. Pearl also adds activated charcoal to the polyester blend to improve the fabric's drying time, making the Transfer even more adept at managing your body temperature on summer rides that include sweating on a long, hot climb then ducking into a shady, chilly descent. According to Pearl, the Transfer SL's ultralight construction technically categorizes it as a summer base layer, but we'd also layer it under our early- and late-season kit to help deal with the shoulder seasons' fluctuating temperatures and conditions.
