Rome Mechanic Snowboard

Putting in work anywhere on the mountain, the fun and forgiving Rome Mechanic Snowboard is up for taking park laps, cruising side hits, finding freshies in the trees, and carving up groomers. The FreePop Rocker features a stable flat profile that won't feel noodly at high speeds, and rockered tips to prevent hang-ups on hardpack and enhance float in powder. Even though it has a twin shape, the stance is slightly set-back to offer more control for progressing riders. Then, Hotrods Single Glass Barrel helps you pop big ollies, and the QuickRip sidecut features additional contact points near the bindings that allow the board to feel loose at low speeds while still maintaining edge hold at speed. The strong, snappy poplar core keeps the board lightweight, and biax glass provides a consistent flex for smooth turns. It's all finished off with an extruded base that's easy to repair after you beat it up in the park.

October's Animal
Most commonly found in the tundra of Rocky Mountain National Park, the pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
