Product Description
X8 Skate Boot by Rossignol
Designed for skiers who like to go fast, get fit, and have fun, the Rossignol X8 Skate Boot lets you enjoy yourself when you're skiing hard or hitting the trails for a training cruise. It's a versatile boot with a moderate amount of stiffness and power, courtesy of the 3D bi-injected cuff and external 3D heel counter, but without the demanding requirements of a full-fledged race boot. It features a thermo-moldable liner for a comfortable custom fit, and a Speed Lace Lock system to provide an extremely precise yet comfortable fit, ideal for a full-day skate or quick post-work fitness laps. The upper cuff replaces the carbon found in Rossignol's highest-end boots with a plastic frame that's easier to ski without being a floppy pushover, and it uses an easy-to-use hook-and-loop ankle strap to keep things in place while remaining comfortable. A Lock Down foot wrap and Active Control ankle support allow for a more natural foot roll and easy kick while skate skiing, and the zippered lace cover helps keep snow and water out of your socks so your feet stay warm.
