Product Description
Mountain Trainer Hiking Shoe - Men's by Salewa
Trek through treacherous terrain with the Salewa Men's Mountain Trainer Hiking Shoe underfoot. Its 3F System Evo uses aluminum stays at the heel for flexibility and mobility that won't interfere with the shoe's much-needed support. Salewa made the Mountain Trainer's upper out of Cordura for breathability, reinforced it with suede for durability, and gave it a 360-degree rubber rand for rock protection. The breathable lining features Cleansport NXT's odor-resistant treatment for long-lasting freshness. Climbing-style laces secure the shoe's fit from heel to toe. This shoe also features a conforming Multi-Fit Footbed + for customized cush, a mid-stiff nylon midsole for stability, and Vibram's rugged Alpine Approach sole for supreme grip.

November's Featured Park
The North Cascades have long been known as the North American Alps. Characterized by rugged beauty, this steep mountain range is filled with jagged peaks, deep valleys, cascading waterfalls and glaciers. North Cascades National Park Service Complex contains the heart of this mountainous region in three park units which are all managed as one and include North Cascades National Park, Ross Lake and Lake Chelan National Recreation Areas.
November's Animal
Badgers are animals of open country. Their oval burrows (ten inches across and four to six inches high) are familiar features of grasslands on sandy or loamy soils of the eastern plains or shrub country in mountain parks or western valleys.
