Showers Pass Long-Sleeve Body-Mapped Base Layer - Men's

Solid baselayers are a dime a dozen, but the Showers Pass Long-Sleeve Body-Mapped Men's Base Layer is a little more than solid. It's designed to be worn under Showers Pass jackets, with open-knit venting at the center back and underarms that works in concert with the vents in most Showers Pass outerwear to keep you dry and comfortable. It's made from a blend of merino wool, modal, spandex, and nylon to create a fabric that's naturally soft, antimicrobial, durable, stretchy, and breathable. The close-to-skin fit improves moisture transfer, and the seamless construction prevents chafing. Showers Pass also endows this baselayer with a long cut for full on-bike coverage, a wide hem to prevent it from riding up, and thumbhole cuffs to seal out drafts and moisture.

October's Animal
Most commonly found in the tundra of Rocky Mountain National Park, the pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
