Backcountry Bed 600 Sleeping Bag: 30 Degree Down - Women's by Sierra Designs
Ever wanted to bring your mattress and comforter with you into the backcountry' Well, with the Sierra Designs Women's 30 Degree Down Backcountry Bed 600 Sleeping Bag, now you can! Ok not literally. But this bag really is the next best thing. Sierra Designs' new Backcountry Bed line utilizes what is essentially a sewn-on comforter inside of a permanent opening on the front. As you get cold, you tuck it around yourself. As your body heats up, you can either untuck it or, if things are heating up, just push it outside of the bag entirely. The best part is that your body is used to doing this naturally, provided you sleep with a blanket of some sort at home. This means that you won't be waking up in the middle of the night in order to zip and unzip your sleeping bag. To round things out, and add to the "bedlike" experience, Sierra Designs gave this bag an integrated sleeping pad sleeve so it truly feels like you're sleeping on your mattress at home.
