Product Description
Versant 70L Backpack by Thule
Thule's Versant Pack provides fully customized adjustments and long-lasting durability for week-long backpacking in any weather. Both the waist belt and shoulder straps adjust horizontally and vertically to ensure an ideal fit. Thule made this backpack out of high-strength Cordura with a waterproof StormGuard bottom liner and StormGuard rain cover so you can explore the wettest, toughest environments. The Versant Pant is a traditional top-loader with a removable top lid that doubles as a sling pack for day hikes. There's also a removable VersaClick pocket at the waist belt, and its rollrop closure provides waterproof protection. The other side of the waist belt has a zippered pocket to secure valuables, and there are stretch pockets at the front and each side for water bottles and layers.

November's Featured Park
The North Cascades have long been known as the North American Alps. Characterized by rugged beauty, this steep mountain range is filled with jagged peaks, deep valleys, cascading waterfalls and glaciers. North Cascades National Park Service Complex contains the heart of this mountainous region in three park units which are all managed as one and include North Cascades National Park, Ross Lake and Lake Chelan National Recreation Areas.
November's Animal
Badgers are animals of open country. Their oval burrows (ten inches across and four to six inches high) are familiar features of grasslands on sandy or loamy soils of the eastern plains or shrub country in mountain parks or western valleys.
