ZOOT Performance Tri 8in Short - Women's

All-new for 2016, Zoot updated its popular Performance Tri short to offer more coverage and support while you're racing by introducing it in an eight-inch inseam option. Taller triathletes or anyone who appreciates the extra security of a longer inseam can now benefit from the Performance Tri Short's thoughtful construction, made to work with you as you put your months of dedicated training to the test in your next race. Wearing tri kit often feels like you're baring it all, and between the swim, bike, run, and transition phases of a race, the last thing you want to distract you is discomfort or worrying about potential wardrobe malfunctions. Zoot paid extra attention to comfort and fit with the Performance Tri rather than just functionality, adding well-placed details like smooth, supportive Teksheen Biowrap leg grippers, a modesty liner to enhance the short's coverage, as well as a double-inseam gusset for an improved fit along the inner thigh. As you're stretched out over the saddle, the short's wide, yoga-inspired waistband won't pinch or chafe, and it will allow for a streamlined silhouette and smooth fit when you're running as well. Two pockets along the hips provide additional space to stash your favorite flavor of gel, while the short's breathable Performance Endura fabric construction keeps you dry throughout the race. Finally, Zoot includes its Integra SBR 2D chamois with the Performance Tri to dutifully protect and support you in the saddle without inhibiting your ability to sprint the finishing stretch of the run.

October's Animal
Most commonly found in the tundra of Rocky Mountain National Park, the pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
