The park grounds are open year round 8-5 daily. The park is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day and in severe weather conditions.

Location

The visitor center is located just off of Highway 62 on the park's south side.

Exhibits

The park visitor center is newly renovated and open to the public. The museum, which features permanent and revolving exhibits, and a full service bookstore operated by Eastern National are available.

Available Facilities

There are restrooms, a picnic area, and a soda machine at the visitor center.
