Location

The Chaparral Ranger Station and parking area are located near the west entrance of the park. The west entrance can be reached from Hwy 101. At the town of Soledad, take Hwy 146 about 15 miles east into the monument.

Location

The Bear Gulch Visitor Center, picnic area, and parking area can be reached from the east side of the monument. Take Hwy 25 to Hwy 146. Follow Hwy 146 about five miles east into the park.
