Primitive campsites are available. There is a one night limit at all campsites above the historic Nevers Dam site and a three day limit from the Nevers Dam site to Taylors Falls. You must camp at designated sites in these areas. There is a seven day limit at all sites below Taylors Falls to Stillwater,MN, with camping zones which allow camping in non-designated areas. Most campsites are only accessible by water-craft. Some sites are appropriate for groups. Sites are available on a first-come first-serve basis. No fees or permits are required.
