Description:

Dale Hollow is well-known for its pristine qualities due to the forested shoreline and the high water quality of the lake. Visitors come to enjoy the lake and its many recreational opportunities: fishing, camping, scuba-diving, boating, and sightseeing. The pristine quality of the lake is important to the Dale Hollow National Fish Hatchery just below the dam, which produces 1.5 million trout annually.
