"The Ledge Camping Area is located approximately 8.5 miles from the junction of Highway 191 on the Kane Springs Road. Individual sites can accommodate 10 people and 2 vehicles. There are 5 areas: Ledge A, B, C, D, E. There is 1 reservable group campsite located between Sites C & D on the east side of the road. Hiking, biking, and motorized routes are nearby. Campsites are available on a first-come, first served basis. Featured Wildlife
The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
