The visitor center at Agate Fossil Beds will be open the following hours: Memorial Day till Labor Day Open Daily 9 am - 5 pm; Labor Day till Memorial Day Open Daily 8 am - 4 pm. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. Operating Hours & Seasons Ranger taking flag down for the day. Visitor Center and Museum Summer Hours Daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Winter Hours Daily from Labor Day until Memorial Day - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visitor Center Closings: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day The trails are open year-round from dawn until dusk.
