When you head up into rugged alpine terrain in the Arc'teryx Beta SV Bib, you know you're getting maximum protection from the elements. These hardwearing and highly versatile bibs are designed to conquer severe weather and are equipped with a fully seam sealed, 3 layer Gore-Tex membrane to provide durable, breathable, waterproof protection. Highly durable reinforcement panels are strategically placed in high wear areas of the bibs. The material that composes these reinforcement panels is exclusive to Arc'teryx and engineered for high impact and abrasion resistance so you can confidently climb without having to worry about tearing your bibs. As you're adventuring around in the mountains, sealing out the elements is a big deal. The Beta SV bibs deliver with an elasticized waist and PowderCuffs. The elasticized waist also offers a snug fit that the adjustable suspenders help out with. The durable Cordura PowderCuffs will fit over your boots to keep the snow from creeping up your legs. So the bottom of the bib legs are protected from abrasion from things like your crampons or ski edges, Arc'teryx put in a durable Keprotec instep so you don't have to worry about cuff failure before you get more than enough uses out of your Betas. To make it easy to get in and out of these bibs when nature calls or simply at the end of the adventure, they are equipped with WaterTight zippers that offer a drop seat option. These fully separating and two-way zippers not only help you out when you need to visit the bushes, but they also ease removal over your boots and crampons so you don't have to completely take everything off just to slip out of your bibs. With all these features, you can head to the alpine in confidence with the Beta SV Bib that's as rugged as the terrain.

Rising above a scene rich with extraordinary wildlife, pristine lakes, and alpine terrain, the Teton Range stands monument to the people who fought to protect it. The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
