SS.capeepicXCJersey_evo7 Lady Jersey - Women's by Assos
With Assos' arrival in the off-road scene, luxury cycling kit now officially transcends the boundary between road and trail. The SS. capeepicXCJersey_evo7 Lady Jersey represents the entry level on the women's side of things. It may not exhibit Assos' penchant for grandiose excess like the line-topping SS. rally jersey, but the SS. capeedpicXCJersey does bring the brand's meticulous attention to fit and finishing details to a price that's more reasonable on a pennies-per-mile basis. The Lady version is similar to the men's but dialed with a women-specific cut, and it represents something of a collaboration between Assos and the race from which the jersey takes its name. It's built to handle the duress of that race, but it lacks the armadillo-esque back armor and convoluted construction of the SS. rally. Instead, the SS. capeepic is composed almost entirely of Assos' Type. 197 material, which is the classic example we all think of when we think of cycling jerseys: lightweight, breathable, and slightly textured to encourage moisture wicking. Though it doesn't extend all the way up to the armhole, it's worth noting that this stuff is transparent, so we recommend a base layer, an extended sports bra, or a coat of sunscreen underneath. The jersey is finished with the kind of Assos details that you'd expect, including the signature zip pull and a compressive, supportive rear hem with silicone print to maintain coverage while you're hanging off the saddle. The three rear pockets are hemmed with a similar material, which provides support so the back of t...

The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
