Black Diamond designed the Circuit Crash Pad as a daily workhorse for cost-conscious boulderers. The crash pad itself is a solid square with sharp corners that provide better coverage when it's paired with other pads. Most of the pad is closed cell foam for long-lasting impact protection, and there's a bonded layer of EVA for a cushy landing every time you drop. BD built the outer with PU-coated nylon for long-lasting resistance against abrasion, weathering, and mud.
