Product Description
Helm 50 Hour Service Kit by Cane Creek
In order to keep your Helm suspension fork running smooth, Cane Creek advises replacing the fork seals every 50 hours. This kit includes new dust wipers and foam rings, as well as a fresh travel indicator for the stanchions. It also includes new O-rings for the air spring and rebound assembly bolts located at the bottom of the fork lowers. These O-rings are susceptible to damage from normal wear and tear so you may as well replace them, being that you have to remove the bolts and O-rings anyway when you go to pull the lowers.

The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
