Product Description
XCX Race Carbon Boost Trail Wheel -29in by e*thirteen components
With a claimed weight of just 1520 grams, the XCX Race Wheels are at the lighter end of the spectrum when it comes to carbon trail bike wheels. But that certainly doesn't mean they're fragile, because e*thirteen has a proven track record of making some of the strongest wheels on the market and these are no exception. e*thirteen makes two versions of the XCX wheels, one with a 24mm internal width that's designed for narrower XC tires, and one with a 28mm internal width that's designed for wider trail tires. These wheels are the latter, which makes them a great option for riders seeking a lightweight, snappy wheelset for their short-travel trail bike. They use DT Swiss J-bend spokes that are reliable and easy to replace if needed, and are laced up to e*thirteen hubs with 6-degree engagement for a nice positive feel when you put power to the pedals.

Maine ocean islands provide the only nesting sites for Atlantic puffins in the United States. Eastern Egg Rock in the midcoast region, Seal Island and Matinicus Rock at the mouth of Penobscot Bay, and Machias Seal Island and Petit Manan Island off the downeast coast provide habitat for more than 4,000 puffins each summer.
