Its popularity routing, thanks to a huge database of rides that have been uploaded to Garmin Connect, even recommends the direction of travel based on how others ride it most. Furthermore, it provides on-device route creation, off-course recalculation, and can get you back to start if you have an emergency or mechanical.When paired with ANT+ or Bluetooth sensors, the 830 provides dynamic performance monitoring insights on metrics such as your VO2 max, recommended recovery time, training load focus, heat and altitude acclimation, nutrition, hydration, and more.
