Your feet are the medium through which you bond with your machine, so it pays to treat them right. Like the rest of the FormaRed Carbon line, the Giordana FormaRed Carbon Mid-Cuff Socks emphasize fit and function. There are no zany graphics or outlandish color schemes here -- just dialed-in comfort and performance. Giordana constructed these socks from Meryl Skinlife, a polyester fiber that includes a permanent antibacterial treatment that limits odors and other, less pleasant things that can go on when you're sweating in socks for too long. The socks are 65% Meryl, 31% polyester fiber, and 4% Lycra. Because this is FR-C, the sock fits superbly. The yarn has been knitted to different densities for different regions of the foot: dense at the heel and toe, and meshy where you need your feet to breathe. To get the fit even more dialed, the socks are made specifically for your left and right feet. The Giordana FormaRed Carbon Mid-Cuff Socks come in Black/red, Black/white, White/black, White/blue, and White/red. They are available in sizes Small, Medium, and Large.

Maine ocean islands provide the only nesting sites for Atlantic puffins in the United States. Eastern Egg Rock in the midcoast region, Seal Island and Matinicus Rock at the mouth of Penobscot Bay, and Machias Seal Island and Petit Manan Island off the downeast coast provide habitat for more than 4,000 puffins each summer.
