When knocking out base miles in deep winter, layering is key. The Giordana Fusion Jacket offers substantial winter coverage with a regular fit that isn't cut as tightly as their form-fitting AV-series jackets, leaving you room to layer appropriately for the weather at hand. With the right layering (and depending on personal cold tolerance), we find jackets like this can push below 30 degrees Fahrenheit, but you're certainly safe for rides below 40. The Fusion jacket uses a tightly-knit microfiber shell that blocks wind, with a DWR treatment to shed moisture and road spray. The outer fabric is bonded to a windproof and water-resistant membrane that keeps the cold out and your body heat in, with a fleece liner that further aids in preserving warmth. Thermal fabric on the back panel, under the arms, and inside the collar traps heat while remaining breathable for more intense efforts. Giordana finishes the jacket with three cargo pockets and a zippered rear pocket for essentials, as well as reflective accents to enhance your visibility to traffic in low light.

Rising above a scene rich with extraordinary wildlife, pristine lakes, and alpine terrain, the Teton Range stands monument to the people who fought to protect it. These are mountains of the imagination. Mountains that led to the creation of Grand Teton National Park where you can explore over two hundred miles of trails, float the Snake River or enjoy the serenity of this remarkable place.
The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
