Late fall and early spring weather can be fickle. Days and weeks of bluebird skies and moderate temperatures put some much needed vitamin D back in your skin. Then, out of nowhere, a cold front moves in, and the weather becomes a fight between cold rains and clear skies. We say, let Mother Nature duke it out on her own time--you have a training schedule to keep to. When these situations arise, pull on the Giordana G Shield Short-Sleeve Men's Jersey and get your miles in, unencumbered. Made with the Super Roubaix AZ fabric, the G Shield Jersey has a soft, brushed inner-loft that traps warmth and allows moisture to escape. Super Roubaix AZ features a water-repellent, Acqua Zero treatment that bonds with the fabric on a nano-level to keep you dry. For added resilience, the jersey has been constructed from a minimal number of contoured panels. This design reduces the number of panels to minimize the potential amount of seams for water to penetrate. These panels also have an anatomic fit around the torso and arms, and they maintain a high amount of stretch due to the interlocking knit of Super Roubaix. To keep you warm, and to keep the elements out, G Shield uses a silicone heat application at the seams to fill the needle punctures from the stitching, creating a watertight seal that'll keep cold rain from sneaking in. Rounding out the construction, a reversed, full-length camlock zipper lets you adjust the opening of your jersey for on-the-fly ventilation. The camlock allows you to open your jersey with a tug from a single hand. When you flip the lock back down, your zipper will stay in place. The G Shield takes a water-resistant approach, not only on the seams, but on the pockets, too. Three rear, fold-over cargo pockets provide ample storage for your ride nutrition and essentials, while protecting them from the elements. For visibility in low-light conditions, a highly-reflective stripe has been sewn laterally across the back of the jersey.

The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
