As evidenced by the Giro Hex Helmet, protection doesn't have to break the bank. The Hex is the ideal all-mountain helmet with protection and comfort rolled into one package. To start, Giro's In-Mold construction uses a hard, polycarbonate shell fused to an EPS liner to provide protection from impact. It wraps around lower at the back to protect the occipital bones and then rises at the sides to provide open sight lines. To keep your head cool on the long uphill hauls, the Hex has 21 large vents that create an effective wind tunnel through the helmet. The P. O. V. visor is adjustable, sans tools, for optimal protection from harsh sunlight. Using the RocLoc 5 adjustment system, you're able to adjust the Hex's fit both horizontally and vertically, on the fly if necessary.

Rising above a scene rich with extraordinary wildlife, pristine lakes, and alpine terrain, the Teton Range stands monument to the people who fought to protect it. These are mountains of the imagination. Mountains that led to the creation of Grand Teton National Park where you can explore over two hundred miles of trails, float the Snake River or enjoy the serenity of this remarkable place.
The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
