Head's new Kore fleet is catching some serious buzz and the Kore 117 Ski is the biggest and burliest pair of sticks in the line, making it your ultimate weapon of choice for crushing big-mountain terrain. With a 117mm waist and rockered profile, these planks float like a boat in deep pow, with camber underfoot to keep you solid and stable on hardpack.Although these pow sticks are beefy enough for uber-deep blower, Head worked to keep the weight down, making the Kore 117 more of a graceful giant. The decrease in weight is thanks to an ultra-light Karuba wood core, with Koroyd honeycomb and a Graphene carbon laminate. Head's Topless Tech construction forgoes the traditional plastic topsheet to reduce the skis weight, replacing it with a polyester fleece top layer.

Rising above a scene rich with extraordinary wildlife, pristine lakes, and alpine terrain, the Teton Range stands monument to the people who fought to protect it. These are mountains of the imagination. Mountains that led to the creation of Grand Teton National Park where you can explore over two hundred miles of trails, float the Snake River or enjoy the serenity of this remarkable place.
The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
