We'll be the first to admit that we love wide, modern handlebars on our mountain bikes. The control and comfort on descents and technical terrain is fantastic, however, we do realize that we often visit locals where the space between the trees is a little tighter than the 800mm bars we're accustomed to. Of course, we're always a little gun shy in cutting off the ends of our bars because you can't get back what you cut off. That is until now with the Lo-Fi Adjustable Handlebar from Ibis. These ingenious carbon handlebars are adjustable by using the two included 25mm aluminum inserts that thread into the bar ends. Now you can go from the full 800mm to 750mm just by removing the grips and adjusting your controls. Additionally, the inserts themselves can be cut for further fine-tuning. This Lo-Fi version has a 31. 8mm clamp and a 10mm rise with 5-degrees of upsweep and 9-degrees of backsweep.
