Flash I Pedal by iSSi
Designed tough for mountain singletrack and comfortable enough for all-day road rides, the iSSi Flash I Pedal is your new do-everything, minimalist favorite that's built to go anywhere. This pedal uses SPD-compatible cleats so you're able to use the same shoes for outdoor cycling as you are for your spin class, while the adjustable spring tension system lets you start at a lower tension for easy exit and then gradually increase the tension as your skill set increases for more security.
